OnTheGoSystems is building translation tools that millions of people use every day. We’re expanding from Website Translation to our new SaaS system for Software Localization.


We are seeking a talented and driven Partnerships Specialist to join our team and help us grow our strategic alliances and partnerships.

Must-Have

  • Proficiency in using WordPress and familiarity with its ecosystem, including themes, plugins, hosting companies, and services,
  • A passion for learning and filling knowledge gaps to continuously improve and adapt in a fast-paced environment,
  • Track record of WordPress partner collaborations that encouraged technical and marketing cooperation,
  • Strong organizational skills that allow projects to complete smoothly and within deadlines.

Nice-to-Have

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
  • Experience with Agile workflows,
  • Experience managing others, preferably a small and intimate team,
  • Experience with running a small WP agency and/or WP-related freelancing.

What You’ll Do

  • Become an expert on our products, our ecosystem, clients and competitors,
  • Be in charge of planning and executing partnership campaigns, 
  • Run an Agile process, analyze the results, draw conclusions, and take actions. 
  • Maintain, build and nurture relationships with all types of partners to promote our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry news and flag realistic opportunities we should take action on.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve partnership programs, workflows and processes to promote efficiency.

Our Hiring Process

You’ll have 3-4 interviews that take between 30 to 90 minutes each. You’ll be talking with our HR, the team leader and members of the team you’re interviewing for.

For some roles, we’ll also ask for an assignment. If this assignment requires significant time, we’ll pay for your time doing it.

In these interviews, we know that you’re interviewing us, like we’re interviewing you. We welcome your questions and will answer them gladly.

At OnTheGoSystems, we keep things simple and straightforward. In most cases, our interview process is made up of three parts:

1. The Chat with the Recruiter

60 mins

During this informal video call, we’ll tell you more about the job and OnTheGoSystems (OTGS), and you can ask us anything you want.

2. The Technical Deep Dive

60-90 mins

This video call has a technical focus and gives you the opportunity to speak to potential teammates and see how you can contribute to the team. You can expect detailed questions about your experience and qualifications, and you may be asked to do a live assignment, depending on the position.

3. The Check-In with the HR Manager

30 mins

During the quick video call with our HR Manager, we’ll ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the position you’re applying for. You can ask questions and clarify any doubts you may have. We’ll also cover any administrative details necessary to extend a final offer that meets your needs and expectations.
