Manchmal bedeutet es, in einen v\u00f6llig neuen Bereich vorzusto\u00dfen, auf den bereits entwickelten F\u00e4higkeiten aufzubauen und eine neue Herausforderung anzunehmen. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"lead wp-block-paragraph\">Genau das hat <a href=\"https:\/\/onthegosystems.com\/de\/team\/bruno-kos\/\">Bruno Kos<\/a> getan.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"lead wp-block-paragraph\">Nach vielen Jahren im WPML Support begann Bruno, mit dem Systemteam als Systems Support Specialist zusammenzuarbeiten, wo er nun technische Untersuchung, Entwicklung und Probleml\u00f6sung kombiniert, um die Systeme hinter unseren Produkten aufzubauen und zu warten.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Auf Erfahrung aufbauen<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruno hatte zuvor \u00fcberlegt, in eine technische Rolle zu wechseln, aber viele Jahre lang war der Support die richtige Wahl sowohl f\u00fcr seine Karriere als auch f\u00fcr sein Privatleben. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruno teilte uns mit: \u201e<em>Im Laufe der Jahre im Support habe ich tiefgreifendes Produktwissen aufgebaut, es genossen, komplexe Probleme zu l\u00f6sen, und mich f\u00fcr die technische Seite des Unternehmens interessiert<\/em>.\u201c<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Diese Erfahrung, die Bruno gesammelt hat, wurde zu einer starken Grundlage f\u00fcr seinen neuen Arbeitsbereich. Seine Neugier, sein analytisches Denken und sein Verst\u00e4ndnis f\u00fcr Kundenbed\u00fcrfnisse helfen ihm weiterhin, Probleme zu l\u00f6sen und zum Systemteam beizutragen. <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Lernen durch echte Herausforderungen<\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Beitritt zum Systemteam bedeutete, eine v\u00f6llig neue Umgebung mit zahlreichen internen Diensten, benutzerdefinierten Tools und Automatisierungssystemen kennenzulernen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruno erhielt keine vorgefertigten Antworten, sondern wurde ermutigt, Probleme zu untersuchen, m\u00f6gliche L\u00f6sungen zu recherchieren und schrittweise sein eigenes Verst\u00e4ndnis aufzubauen.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Was ich am meisten sch\u00e4tze, ist der Mentoring-Ansatz. Mir wird selten die komplette L\u00f6sung gegeben. Stattdessen werde ich ermutigt, Probleme gr\u00fcndlich zu untersuchen und Antworten durch eigene Recherche zu finden. Diese Art des Lernens war von unsch\u00e4tzbarem Wert.   <\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Moderne KI-Tools halfen auch, den Lernprozess zu beschleunigen, indem sie das Verst\u00e4ndnis unbekannter Technologien und die Erkundung neuer Ideen erleichterten, was Bruno erm\u00f6glichte, fr\u00fcher einen Beitrag zu leisten, w\u00e4hrend er sein technisches Wissen weiter vertiefte.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Fr\u00fchzeitig Wirkung erzielen<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Innerhalb seiner ersten Monate leistete Bruno bereits Beitr\u00e4ge, die \u00fcber die t\u00e4gliche operative Arbeit hinausgingen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Er entwickelte eine interne Anwendung, die mit EC2-Daten, Branch-Erstellung, Benutzerverwaltung und E-Mail-Automatisierung arbeitet, w\u00e4hrend er weiterhin die Systeme und die Infrastruktur des Teams unterst\u00fctzte.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00fcr Bruno war der lohnendste Teil, zu sehen, wie sein Wissen mit jedem Projekt wuchs und er immer komplexere Herausforderungen annahm.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Blick nach vorn<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brunos Ziele bleiben auf kontinuierliches Lernen ausgerichtet.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:7px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ich m\u00f6chte weiterhin Wissen erwerben, ein tiefes Verst\u00e4ndnis daf\u00fcr entwickeln, wie alles funktioniert, und schrittweise komplexere Projekte \u00fcbernehmen.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sein Werdegang ist ein gro\u00dfartiges Beispiel daf\u00fcr, dass Karriereentwicklung nicht immer bedeutet, Kunden oder die berufliche Richtung zu wechseln. Manchmal geht es darum, die Neugier zu haben, etwas Neues zu lernen, die Unterst\u00fctzung erfahrener Teamkollegen und die M\u00f6glichkeit, sich beruflich in einem anderen technischen Bereich weiterzuentwickeln. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bei OTGS sch\u00e4tzen wir langfristige berufliche Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierliches Lernen.
