Normalmente, la gente se da razones l\u00f3gicas para no hacer una serie de ejercicios matutinos:<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abNo tengo tiempo\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Los ejercicios matutinos pueden completarse en 10 minutos. Si no puedes encontrar este tiempo en tu rutina normal, puedes intentar marcarte un objetivo y levantarte antes. Unos minutos tumbado en la cama no te har\u00e1n sentir m\u00e1s vigorizado que haciendo ejercicio.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abNo necesito esto\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Si est\u00e1s en buena forma f\u00edsica, esto no es motivo para dejar la gimnasia. Un conjunto de ejercicios ayuda a tu cuerpo a hacer frente al estr\u00e9s durante la transici\u00f3n del sue\u00f1o a la vigilia y mejora el estado de \u00e1nimo.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u00abMe cansar\u00e9 antes del trabajo\u00bb.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Los ejercicios matutinos, a diferencia de la gimnasia, no implican un gran esfuerzo f\u00edsico. Espera 10 minutos y s\u00f3lo entonces inicia el calentamiento.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Los ejercicios matutinos deben aportar alegr\u00eda y placer, por lo que no debes elegir una serie de ejercicios pesados con una actividad f\u00edsica seria.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Los ejercicios matutinos no deben ser largos. Cada calentamiento consta de varios ejercicios para distintos grupos musculares.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Una distribuci\u00f3n competente de la carga ayudar\u00e1 a mejorar la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y a aumentar la resistencia muscular.
