Eso o convertirme en veterinario y salvar dram\u00e1ticamente a mascotas enfermas y heridas, \u00a1pero cuando lo pens\u00e9 me volv\u00ed aprensivo y abandon\u00e9 la idea!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es lo peor que hiciste de ni\u00f1o?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la escuela, sol\u00eda rodear una abeja con mis manos y liberarla en el aula. \u00a1El profesor no sab\u00eda que era yo!<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu recuerdo favorito de la infancia?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Atesoro con nostalgia haber pasado largos veranos en Inglaterra con mi abuela<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 has querido probar siempre y nunca lo has hecho?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desarrollando juegos<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a1!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">***<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>Volviendo a tu carrera, antes de trabajar en OTGS, \u00bfcu\u00e1l ha sido el trabajo m\u00e1s inusual o interesante que has tenido?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cocinar pizzas, hamburguesas y patatas fritas.  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ten\u00eda 14 a\u00f1os y \u00e9ste fue mi trabajo de verano durante un par de a\u00f1os. Ahorr\u00e9 y me compr\u00e9 mi primer ordenador.  <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 te atrajo originalmente de la OTGS? \u00bfY c\u00f3mo ha cambiado la OTGS desde entonces?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OTGS estaba en b\u00fasqueda de un candidato y Caridad, mi compa\u00f1era, me pregunt\u00f3 si estar\u00eda interesado. La OTGS ten\u00eda entonces 16 empleados y yo era el n\u00famero 17. Con el tiempo se han creado nuevos equipos: hemos introducido equipos de pruebas y compatibilidad. Todo el proceso es mucho m\u00e1s s\u00f3lido y sigue evolucionando constantemente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfC\u00f3mo te ha ayudado la OTGS en tu desarrollo profesional?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Me ayud\u00f3 a subirme al carro de WordPress, que hoy en d\u00eda mueve un tercio de Internet. Ya dominaba PHP, pero s\u00f3lo hab\u00eda utilizado WordPress desde el punto de vista de la administraci\u00f3n. <\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>H\u00e1blanos de los equipos con los que trabajas estrechamente. Venimos de or\u00edgenes distintos y hablamos lenguas maternas diversas. En su experiencia, \u00bfpodr\u00eda esto generar algunas dificultades? \u00bfC\u00f3mo manejas estas situaciones?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabajo en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con la mayor\u00eda de los equipos y me llevo bien con todo el mundo. Por supuesto, algunas cosas pueden perderse en la traducci\u00f3n, pero en general, todos nos sentimos muy c\u00f3modos con el ingl\u00e9s, nuestra lengua de comunicaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed que no hay grandes dificultades en ese sentido.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tambi\u00e9n tengo una regla no escrita: \u00abNo te burles de la religi\u00f3n ni de la pol\u00edtica porque puedes ofender f\u00e1cilmente a alguien sin ni siquiera saberlo\u00bb. Por otra parte, soy una persona curiosa, as\u00ed que tener compa\u00f1eros de diferentes culturas es la oportunidad perfecta para conocer mejor los distintos estilos de vida.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1l ha sido tu proyecto favorito?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Trabajar en el sitio web wpml.org fue estupendo. Fue estupendo porque no es lo que hago normalmente y porque los retos son diferentes cuando trabajas en un sitio que tiene que soportar mucho tr\u00e1fico. All\u00ed aprend\u00ed mucho de Abdallah.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfQu\u00e9 consejo tienes para los posibles candidatos?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al fin y al cabo, todo nuestro tiempo se dedica a hacer felices a los clientes. No importa si est\u00e1s desarrollando, probando o dando soporte, el objetivo final es el mismo. Si te gusta hacer feliz a la gente te lo pasar\u00e1s muy bien aqu\u00ed.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><em>\u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu momento de mayor orgullo en la OTGS?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un logro del que estoy particularmente orgulloso es haber sido nombrado empleado del mes por tercera vez, especialmente porque este reconocimiento proviene de mis colegas. \u00a1Debo de estar haciendo algo bien!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>***<\/b><\/p>\n<h4><em>En un plano m\u00e1s personal..<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/em><\/h4>\n<h4><em>\u00bfRecuerdas alg\u00fan momento embarazoso en el trabajo?<\/em><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ten\u00eda una videollamada de urgencia con Srdjan y Amit y no tuve tiempo de arreglarme el pelo ni de afeitarme.
