Hoy en d\u00eda ha pasado del 25 % al 27 % de potencia en Internet. Tambi\u00e9n ha sido un gran a\u00f1o para OnTheGoSystems y la propia comunidad de WordPress. Hemos visto cada vez m\u00e1s OTGSianos interesados en asistir, hablar e incluso organizar WordCamps.   <\/b><\/p>\n<p>En primer lugar, aqu\u00ed en OnTheGoSystems, creamos un nuevo puesto dentro de la organizaci\u00f3n. Su misi\u00f3n es cuidar de nuestra participaci\u00f3n en la comunidad. Este espacio nos ha permitido organizar materiales, crear otros nuevos, aumentar la cantidad y mejorar la calidad de nuestras presentaciones durante las WordCamps. S\u00f3lo tenemos un objetivo en mente: acercarnos m\u00e1s a ti, la comunidad de WordPress.   <\/p>\n<p>En general, nuestros OTGSianos tienen cada vez m\u00e1s ganas de implicarse con la comunidad. Incluso escribimos sobre esta <a href=\"https:\/\/onthegosystems.com\/es\/2016\/10\/fiebre-de-wordpress-en-otgs\/\">fiebre<\/a>. Ten\u00edamos miembros del equipo que asist\u00edan a un WordCamp por primera vez, pero tambi\u00e9n ten\u00edamos nuevos organizadores, voluntarios, ponentes noveles y ponentes experimentados.  <\/p>\n<h2>WordCamps<\/h2>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s de que WPML es <a href=\"https:\/\/central.wordcamp.org\/global-community-sponsors\/\">patrocinador de la Comunidad Global<\/a> desde hace varios a\u00f1os, en 2016 OTGS ha contribuido a <b>26<\/b> WordCamps. De este n\u00famero, <b>6<\/b> ofrecieron una charla en WordCamp por primera vez en su vida. Ser patrocinador Global es incre\u00edble, pero nos faltaba esa interacci\u00f3n en vivo con la comunidad y nuestros usuarios. En total, asistimos a <b>7 eventos con 25 representantes de patrocinadores.<\/b> Tuvimos que preparar nuevos materiales, pero por suerte ten\u00edamos a Peter a cargo. El tiempo era corto y hab\u00eda mucho trabajo involucrado. Contribuir a un WordCamp como voluntario es el primer paso. Conoces a ponentes, organizadores y experimentas toda la energ\u00eda din\u00e1mica detr\u00e1s de las escenas de un WordCamp, pero desde una posici\u00f3n c\u00f3moda y comprometida. Este a\u00f1o tuvimos <b>5 voluntarios,<\/b> y estoy bastante seguro de que ser\u00e1 el primer paso para nuevos organizadores y ponentes durante 2017.   <\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>WordCamp Europe<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/onthegosystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/logo-wceu-2016.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3543 aligncenter lazyload\" data-src=\"https:\/\/onthegosystems.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/12\/logo-wceu-2016.png\" alt=\"logo wceu 2016\" width=\"239\" height=\"185\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml;base64,PHN2ZyB3aWR0aD0iMSIgaGVpZ2h0PSIxIiB4bWxucz0iaHR0cDovL3d3dy53My5vcmcvMjAwMC9zdmciPjwvc3ZnPg==\" style=\"--smush-placeholder-width: 239px; --smush-placeholder-aspect-ratio: 239\/185;\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>WordCamp Europe merece una menci\u00f3n especial, ya que sigue siendo un punto de encuentro para nuestro equipo. Siendo un equipo a distancia, somos conscientes de la importancia de organizar una reuni\u00f3n anual de la empresa, sin embargo WordCamp Europe sigue siendo<i> el<\/i> evento que nos permite conocernos por segunda vez en el mismo a\u00f1o. 2016 no fue una excepci\u00f3n y fuimos alrededor de 25 entusiastas de WordPress divirti\u00e9ndonos en Viena. Para este a\u00f1o, tuvimos <b>10 representantes<\/b> y <b>2 voluntarios.<\/b>   <\/p>\n<p>Para el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o, yo (Andr\u00e9s) formar\u00e9 parte de los organizadores de WordCamp Europe 2017 y esperamos tener varios de nuestros propios ponentes tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfQu\u00e9 viene en 2017?<\/h2>\n<p>Nuestro objetivo para 2017 es continuar aumentando nuestra presencia en WordCamps en todos los roles posibles.
