Jour 1 : Premier d\u00eener et jeux brise-glace <\/h2>\n

Le jour de l’arriv\u00e9e, jeudi soir, nous nous sommes r\u00e9unis dans le restaurant de l’h\u00f4tel pour partager notre premier d\u00eener ensemble.<\/p>\n

Prendre les repas ensemble est une excellente occasion d’apprendre \u00e0 mieux se conna\u00eetre<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Plus tard, nous nous sommes d\u00e9plac\u00e9s dans la salle de conf\u00e9rence pour participer \u00e0 des jeux brise-glace. L’entreprise compte plus de soixante-dix personnes, donc se souvenir et r\u00e9p\u00e9ter les noms de tous vos coll\u00e8gues est un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9fi ! <\/p>\n

Jour 2 : Apprendre \u00e0 se conna\u00eetre – collage en groupe <\/h2>\n

La meilleure fa\u00e7on d’apprendre \u00e0 mieux se conna\u00eetre est de r\u00e9aliser des activit\u00e9s ensemble. Dans le jeu du collage, nous avons \u00e9galement pu v\u00e9rifier notre capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9quipe. <\/p>\n

Nous avons commenc\u00e9 le samedi par la pr\u00e9sentation de Maciej sur la r\u00e9flexion efficace, bas\u00e9e sur le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre livre d’Edward de Bono intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0Six chapeaux pour penser\u00a0\u00bb. Ensuite, nous avons utilis\u00e9 cette technique en groupe pour r\u00e9soudre des probl\u00e8mes concrets. <\/p>\n

En plus des jeux, nous avons \u00e9galement eu des pr\u00e9sentations r\u00e9guli\u00e8res. L’une d’entre elles \u00e9tait la conf\u00e9rence de Jakub sur les principes d’UX et d’utilisabilit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s la pr\u00e9sentation, notre t\u00e2che \u00e9tait de suivre les meilleures pratiques d’utilisabilit\u00e9 et de concevoir un parcm\u00e8tre parfait. <\/p>\n

Il a inaugur\u00e9 la s\u00e9ance de r\u00e9cits en partageant une anecdote de sa vie personnelle. Par la suite, d’autres participants se sont joints \u00e0 l’exercice. <\/p>\n
