OnTheGoSystems is building internet products used by millions. We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to shape the visual design of our web content and user interfaces. Your work will be seen and loved by thousands every day.

How You’ll Work

You’ll join our Design team and collaborate on product development and content creation. All visual design tasks will go through you. We work in sprints, so you can focus on one project at a time to deliver creative, pixel-perfect designs. Since we work remotely, we need someone who is self-driven and works well independently.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity for our products, including WPML, PTC, and internal systems.
  • Create marketing materials such as web pages, templates, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to produce sleek, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Work with product teams to ensure your designs are implemented as intended.

Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing UI, web design, branding, and marketing materials.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), or equivalents.
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles, including responsive design.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote team.
  • Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.

Our Hiring Process

You’ll have 3-4 interviews that take between 30 to 90 minutes each. You’ll be talking with our HR, the team leader and members of the team you’re interviewing for.

For some roles, we’ll also ask for an assignment. If this assignment requires significant time, we’ll pay for your time doing it.

In these interviews, we know that you’re interviewing us, like we’re interviewing you. We welcome your questions and will answer them gladly.

At OnTheGoSystems, we keep things simple and straightforward. In most cases, our interview process is made up of three parts:

1. The Chat with the Recruiter

60 mins

During this informal video call, we’ll tell you more about the job and OnTheGoSystems (OTGS), and you can ask us anything you want.

2. The Technical Deep Dive

60-90 mins

This video call has a technical focus and gives you the opportunity to speak to potential teammates and see how you can contribute to the team. You can expect detailed questions about your experience and qualifications, and you may be asked to do a live assignment, depending on the position.

3. The Check-In with the HR Manager

30 mins

During the quick video call with our HR Manager, we’ll ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the position you’re applying for. You can ask questions and clarify any doubts you may have. We’ll also cover any administrative details necessary to extend a final offer that meets your needs and expectations.
