Bio

Adem’s journey started with a deep interest in psychology, which soon turned into a passion for how people thrive at work. That led him into organizational psychology and eventually into talent acquisition, where he discovered the impact of fair, thoughtful, and structured hiring. Over the years, he’s helped remote and international teams grow across 23+ countries, working fully remotely and always looking for better ways to connect people with the right opportunities. From building smoother candidate journeys to creating data-driven evaluation processes, Adem loves combining strategy with empathy.
