Bio

Mohamed has spent his whole career in tech, starting as a web developer before moving into technical support for WordPress and eCommerce products, including WordPress themes, WooCommerce, and Shopify apps. As his career progressed, he built a multinational support function from scratch and led it for almost five years. At OTGS, he leads the WPML support team, working on improving support quality, strengthening the way cases are handled, and helping the team work more effectively together.
