What You’ll Do

  • Create clear, engaging content across a range of formats – blog posts, thought leadership, website copy, emails, and product pages.
  • Adapt tone and messaging to fit the needs of different customer segments and journey stages.
  • Own content projects from start to finish: ideation, execution, iteration, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and support teams to create content that supports product launches, customer education, and feature adoption.
  • Explore how content contributes to business goals like user engagement, funnel performance, and conversion rates.
  • Bring new ideas to the table – new formats, better workflows, and smarter messaging.

Our Hiring Process

You’ll have 3-4 interviews that take between 30 to 90 minutes each. You’ll be talking with our HR, the team leader and members of the team you’re interviewing for.

For some roles, we’ll also ask for an assignment. If this assignment requires significant time, we’ll pay for your time doing it.

In these interviews, we know that you’re interviewing us, like we’re interviewing you. We welcome your questions and will answer them gladly.

At OnTheGoSystems, we keep things simple and straightforward. In most cases, our interview process is made up of three parts:

1. The Chat with the Recruiter

60 mins

During this informal video call, we’ll tell you more about the job and OnTheGoSystems (OTGS), and you can ask us anything you want.

2. The Technical Deep Dive

60-90 mins

This video call has a technical focus and gives you the opportunity to speak to potential teammates and see how you can contribute to the team. You can expect detailed questions about your experience and qualifications, and you may be asked to do a live assignment, depending on the position.

3. The Check-In with the HR Manager

30 mins

During the quick video call with our HR Manager, we’ll ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding the position you’re applying for. You can ask questions and clarify any doubts you may have. We’ll also cover any administrative details necessary to extend a final offer that meets your needs and expectations.

Our goal is to make sure that you feel comfortable, informed, and excited about the opportunity to join our team. We believe interviews should be a two-way conversation, so don’t hesitate to ask as many questions as you’d like!
