He’s responsible for various hiring stages, from screening and interviewing candidates to delivering insightful recruiting reports.

Bio

Adem’s journey started with a deep interest in psychology, which soon turned into a passion for how people thrive at work. That led him into organizational psychology and eventually into talent acquisition.

Over the years, he’s helped remote and international teams grow across 23+ countries, working fully remotely. He always looks for better ways to connect people with the right opportunities – combining strategy with empathy.
