I have worked for top WordPress brands but none can match the environment we have here at OTGS. The trust and value you get here while working can’t be found elsewhere. And I am not saying this as a formality, its truly an amazing journey which I never ever want to end.

About two and a half years ago, I had a great opportunity – to become part of the OTGS marketing team. Work in a multicultural company is incredibly interesting, challenging and motivating for self-development. Both my daily tasks and other large projects allow me to gain invaluable experience.

Every day that goes by, I feel I am becoming a better professional than I was before. I am very happy to have perhaps found the perfect job: funny, open-minded people, professionals who are full of ideas and enthusiasm, an excellent corporate culture that allows me to adhere to the life-work balance I desire coupled with the advantages of working remotely.

First of all, working at OTGS is about being in a great company of professionals. This is combined with 100% remote work, so I’m spending summer in the countryside, winter somewhere in a tropical environment, and the rest in my hometown.

Work here is full of challenging and interesting tasks which always allow me to learn new things and technologies while working on really great products which are used by thousands of people.

Working at OTGS is always interesting with challenging and varied work. I love that the working hours are flexible allowing me to manage my own time. This way I can break my day and get out and do some exercise in the middle of the day and come back refreshed to carry on with the rest of my day.

At OTGS, I discovered a new paradigm of work. I collaborate with open-minded and smart people in a very cooperative spirit. It allows me to learn and grow with the business. Beyond that, each of us has our own responsibilities which we strive to fulfill and we can immediately see the impact this has on our customers. This is very stimulating for me.

Finally, working remotely is exactly what suits me even if it involves a certain amount of organization and rigor. I feel more efficient, less distracted and the time not wasted in commuting is wisely used for myself.
