OnTheGoSystems is not like anywhere else I have worked. You really get a sense of everyone aiming to reach the goals together, from the management down to the newest employee. There’s a sense of challenge and a real desire to make things better and nicer. This leads to a special atmosphere at work – people are nice to each other and if stress is manifested it is mostly in a positive way. When you add to this to the conditions and the “remoteness” factors you can understand why it’s such a great workplace.
