At OTGS, I discovered a new paradigm of work. I collaborate with open-minded and smart people in a very cooperative spirit. It allows me to learn and grow with the business. Beyond that, each of us has our own responsibilities which we strive to fulfill and we can immediately see the impact this has on our customers. This is very stimulating for me.

Finally, working remotely is exactly what suits me even if it involves a certain amount of organization and rigor. I feel more efficient, less distracted and the time not wasted in commuting is wisely used for myself.
