Leon Zadravec

Developer

Responsibilities

Leon is working with the Systems team at OTGS, writing clean, maintainable code and driving architectural improvements across the platform. Leon focuses on performance analysis and optimization, as well as debugging and resolving complex issues. He also plans and implements new features with scalability in mind.

Bio

Leon has been passionate about programming since school — he was already the one fixing the teacher’s broken code before class moved on. He started with Flash back in the day and was there when Apple pulled the plug on it, which taught Leon early that technology evolves fast and you have to evolve with it.

Today Leon works as part of the Systems team at OTGS, where Leon spends time writing clean code, improving architecture, hunting down performance bottlenecks, and debugging problems others haven’t found yet. He genuinely enjoys the detective work of tracing an issue to its root cause and resolving it properly.

One principle Leon lives by: if a process takes more than 10 minutes and needs to be repeated multiple times a day, it needs to be automated — no exceptions.

Interests

Outside of work, his world revolves around anything with a motor. Cars are his big passion — from daily drivers to tinkering under the hood. Leon also enjoys RC cars and ATVs, which scratch the same itch: speed, mechanics, and the satisfaction of something running exactly the way it should.
