Responsibilities

Andrey works in the WPML Support Team and makes sure the support tickets are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner, as OTGS is focused on solving problems and making sure clients can use its products without any hassle.

Bio

Andrey has been working as a freelancer from 2010. He’s passionate about WordPress and Web development. The position was attractive to him given his experience in helping others to solve related problems. A graduate from Bohdan Khmelnytsky National University in Ukraine, Andrey holds a degree in Computer Science.

Interests

When not hard at work helping the clients, Andrey enjoys ping-pong, the gym, and spending time with the family.
