Ilyes is a Technical Support specialist with an international IT background, having studied in both Tunisia and the United States. He has worked with web hosting and WordPress since 2018, developing practical experience with websites, servers, and troubleshooting. At OnTheGoSystems, he works in Compatibility Support, helping investigate technical issues involving WPML and other WordPress products. His background allows him to combine customer communication with hands-on technical problem-solving.
