Irina has a university background in International Relations and extensive experience communicating with people from different countries and cultures. Having worked internationally from a young age, she developed strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills that naturally led her to Human Resources. At OnTheGoSystems, Irina works as an HR Assistant, supporting day-to-day HR and administrative activities and helping colleagues across the company. She enjoys working in an international environment, staying organized, and finding practical ways to support people and processes.

Interests

Her interests run around with family, self-development and fitnes. Irina enjoys spending time out at her dacha and her dream is to build a house with its own piece of land in her hometown.
