Jana is a recruiter focused on attracting and hiring top talent. She manages the entire interview process, carefully screens candidates, and provides honest, supportive feedback at each stage. Jana evaluates not only skills but also cultural fit, ensuring that every new hire strengthens the team. Her mission is to continue growing OTGS with exceptional people.

Bio

Jana graduated with a degree in Psychology, but it was during her studies that she discovered a strong interest in Human Resources. After completing her undergraduate degree, she decided to specialize further and earned a master’s degree in HR. Throughout her career, Jana has had the chance to apply psychology in various environments — both as an HR professional and as a psychological consultant working with adults with developmental disabilities.
However, her true passion lies in talent acquisition, learning and development, employer branding, and designing and delivering workshops on psychological and business topics. She is particularly motivated by creating dynamic, engaging workplaces where people can grow and thrive. This passion led her to fully commit to the HR field, where she combines her background in psychology with her drive to build strong, supportive teams.

Interests

She loves psychology, nature, animals, and yoga. Her ideal day is spent by the seaside, enjoying good food with her loved ones while watching a beautiful sunset — with dogs happily running around, of course.
