Jana is a recruiter focused on attracting and hiring top talent. She manages the entire interview process, carefully screens candidates, and provides honest, supportive feedback at each stage. Jana evaluates not only skills but also cultural fit, ensuring that every new hire strengthens the team. Her mission is to continue growing OTGS with exceptional people.

Bio

Jana has an academic background in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in how people learn, grow, and succeed at work, which led her toward a career in HR. Her experience includes both HR roles and psychological consulting. Over time, she found her strongest professional interest in talent acquisition, learning and development, employer branding, and delivering workshops on psychological and business topics.

Interests

She loves psychology, nature, animals, and yoga. Her ideal day is spent by the seaside, enjoying good food with her loved ones while watching a beautiful sunset — with dogs happily running around, of course.
