Nicolas is a Technical Support specialist originally from the South of France and now based in Lima, Peru. His career in multilingual online support began in Malta, where he discovered WordPress and learned to build and customize websites and themes. That combination of WordPress knowledge and customer support experience led him to OnTheGoSystems. Today, Nicolas works on complex compatibility-related WPML support cases and brings a strong understanding of multilingual customer environments to his work.
