Behind every great product is a team that stands ready to assist, guide, and support. At OnTheGoSystems, our support team goes above and beyond to give our clients the best experience possible, and the glowing reviews highlight their exceptional efforts. 

We’re proud to share some of the positive feedback we’ve received from our WPML clients and celebrate our Support team members who have made a difference with their outstanding support. 

Why Public Feedback Matters to Us

Client reviews provide valuable insights that inspire us to keep enhancing our products and services. According to Amit Kvint, our Support Manager:

“Public feedback (positive and negative) significantly impacts how people perceive a service or a product and also directly impacts sales; this is shown over and over again in every behavioral study. For example, according to The Medill Spiegel Research Center, the purchase likelihood for a product with five reviews is 270% greater than the purchase likelihood of a product with no reviews.

The Support team is the main contact we have with clients, so it’s important that we not only help clients resolve their issues, but also do that efficiently. We always take that extra step to make sure that this interaction with our clients is as positive as possible.

This is precisely the reason why, in the last few weeks, we kindly asked clients to share their experience with using WPML on public sites, like Capterra or WordPress.org. Since then, we have started seeing an increase in the flow of positive reviews. Most reviews do not mention a specific supporter but mention the team as a whole, for example: ‘They have a great customer support team,’ but still, it’s nice to see that some do mention specific supporters that indeed are doing an outstanding job.”

While we love hearing about how WPML and our products make a difference, it’s the recognition of our team members that truly makes an impact. Our people feel valued and motivated when their efforts are acknowledged. It’s not just about doing our jobs – it’s about going the extra mile to make a real difference for our clients.
