Celebrating a Decade of Dedication: Veterans of OTGS

We are celebrating six of our OTGS team members who have been with us for an incredible decade. This is more than an anniversary—it’s a celebration of consistency, growth, and the unique magic that keeps our team strong.

Throughout the years, their invaluable contributions have shaped OTGS into a place that stands tall for its integrity, inclusivity, and a knack for getting things done. Our achievements wouldn’t be possible without all the exceptional OTGS team members who stand behind our range of products.

We’d like to give a huge shout-out to our wonderful, long-tenured team members Ana Couto, Andrey Klimanskiy, Amit Kvint, Andrea Sciamanna, Irina Sozonova, and Agnes Bury.

These team members truly embody our core values in a way that’s unique to them:

Ana Couto, Systems IT team (joined in April 2013)

“I would say that what makes this 10 years remarkable is the power of teamwork. I feel that collaboration is the essence of our culture and together, we have tackled complex problems, celebrated victories, and shared countless moments of camaraderie. 

Our collective efforts have yielded innovative solutions that allowed us to grow.

The freedom to bounce ideas off one another, to challenge conventional thinking, and to embrace diversity of thought has fueled our creativity and propelled us forward. The incredible synergy within our team is something to highlight and cherish. 

I am eager to see what the future holds and excited to continue contributing to the success of this company. Here’s to many more adventures, achievements, and memories to come!”

“OTGS has been a significant part of my life for the past ten years and it has been an incredible journey. I know many people who have tried remote work and ended up returning to the traditional office or even completely changing their job.

However, I have found special magic in remote work that makes me happy every day. One of the things that I love about remote work is the flexibility it offers. I am responsible for my work, and I have the freedom to find approaches to make the clients also happy.

Another aspect of remote work that makes me happy is the work-life balance it provides.

I’ve worn so many hats here, it’s like my job has a wardrobe of its own. Supporter, project leader, tech explorer—you name it. And the best part is that each role comes with its own set of challenges and learning opportunities.
